Zero Chaise - Nolan Niu

I got back from ICFF yesterday, and whoa. It was an awesome experience (the details of which I won’t bore you with), but I saw some great pieces and noticed some exciting trends that I look forward to, and a few that I hope die quick deaths. Overall, I found myself drawn to Nolan Niu’s booth quite a bit. I love his style, and the presentation was minimal but still exuded a welcoming ambiance which is a tough balancing act.

Anyway, I can pretty firmly say that his piece above was my favorite in the entire exhibition. It’s just so….goddamn perfect. I can definitely see it becoming an iconic piece down the road. (I may have even put it on here before…)
